Red Gravy

Ingredients of Gravy: Tomato Puree, Ginger Powder, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic, Salt, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Fenugreek Powder, Red Chili Powder, Sugar, Cashew Nuts, Watermelon Seeds, Cream, Butter, crushed sugar, boiled mashed tomato sauce, and vinegar.

Ingredients:       Pack of 300 gm J2E Red Gravy

Method:    

Step 1;       

Empty the contents of the pouch in a microwave-safe bowl.

Step 2;

Heat at medium power for 2-3 minutes and serve, Hot, Stir occasionally for best results.

Step 3;

Garnish & Relish with Parantha, Naan, Rice, or Chapati

 

Recipe 2 – Shahi Paneer

Ingredients:

  • 80 gm of cottage cheese (cubes of 10gm each) at room temperature
  • 4ml edible oil
  • J2E White Red Desi Masala Pack 
  • Pack of 300gm J2E Red Gravy pack
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar powder

Method:

  • Add cottage cheese, Oil, and Red Desi masala in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • Empty Red Gravy Pouch & Sugar Powder in the bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat
  • Stir occasionally for best results.

Open, garnish & Relish with Parantha, Naan, Rice, or Chapati.

 

Recipe 3: Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 90gm Boneless Chicken chunks, 15gm each at room temperature
  • 5ml edible oil
  • J2E Red Desi Masala Pack 
  • pack of 300gm J2E Red Gravy Pack
  • 10gm of Butter

Method:

  • Boneless Chicken chunks, Oil, and Red Desi Masala in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium heat
  • Empty Red Gravy Pouch in the bowl
  • Mix well
  • Add 10gm butter
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat,
  • Stir occasionally for best results.

Open, garnish & Relish with Prantha, Naan, Rice or Chapati.
