Rogan Josh Gravy

Ingredients: Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Garlic, Ginger Powder, Tomato Puree, Mace, Iodized Salt, Onion, Turmeric, Yoghurt, Vegetable Oil, Ani Seed Powder, Red Chili Powder, Dry Ginger Powder

 

Recipe 1- Rogan Josh Gravy, Gravy is precooked just heat to eat

Ingredients:       Pack of 300gm J2E Rogan Josh Gravy

Method:    

Step 1;        Empty the contents of the pouch in a microwave-safe bowl.

Step 2;        Heat at medium power for 2-3 minutes and serve, Hot.

                    Stir occasionally for best results.

Step 3;        Garnish & Relish with Parantha, Naan, Rice or Chapati

 

Recipe 2 - Chicken Rogan Josh

Ingredients:                                                              

  • 90 gm Chicken Boneless cubes (15 gm each) at room temperature
  • 5ml edible oil
  • J2E Roganjosh Masala Pack 
  • pack of 300gm J2E Roganjosh Gravy pack

Method:

  • Add chicken cubes, Oil, and Roganjosh Desi masala in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • Empty Roganjosh Gravy Pouch in the bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat,

 Stir occasionally for best results.

          Open, garnish & Relish with Parantha, Naan, Rice, or Chapati.

 

Recipe 3: Punjabi Dum Aloo

Ingredients:

  • 90gm Peeled Potato Cube (15 gm each) at room temperature
  • 5ml edible oil
  • J2E Roganjosh Masala Pack 
  • pack of 300gm J2E Roganjosh Gravy pack

Method:

  • 90gm Peeled Potato cubes, Oil, and Roganjosh Desi masala in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 3 minutes at medium heat
  • Empty Roganjosh Gravy Pouch in the bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat,
  • Stir occasionally for best results.
Open, garnish & Relish with Parantha, Naan, Rice, or Chapati.
