White Korma Gravy

Ingredients:        Ginger, Garlic, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Bay Leaf, Iodized Salt, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Green Chili, Cashew Nuts, Watermelon Seeds, Cream, Butter, White Pepper and Rose petal.

Recipe 1- Ingredients:         Ready to serve White Gravy, just heat to eat.

Ingredients:       Pack of 300gm J2E White Korma Gravy Pack

Method:    

Step 1;        Empty the contents of the pouch in a microwave safe bowl.

Step 2;        Heat at medium power for 2-3 minutes and serve, Hot.

                    Stir occasionally for best results.

Step 3;        Garnish & Relish with Prantha, Naan, Rice or Chapati

 

RECIPE 2: CHICKEN WHITE KORMA

Ingredients:

  • 90 gm Chicken cubes (15 gm appox. each piece) at room temperature
  • 5ml edible oil
  • J2E White Korma Masala Pack 
  • pack of 300gm J2E White Korma Pack

 

Method:

  • Add chicken cubes, Oil and White Korma masala in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • Empty White Korma Pouch in the bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat,

 Stir occasionally for best results.

Open, garnish & Relish with Prantha, Naan, Rice or Chapati.

Recipe 3; Paneer Tikka Korma

Ingredients:

  • 80 gm of cottage cheese (cubes of 10gm each) at room temperature
  • 4ml edible oil
  • J2E White Korma Masala Pack 
  • Pack of 300gm J2E Korma Gravy pack

Method:

  • Add cottage cheese, Oil and White Korma masala in a microwave safe bowl.
  • Stir all the ingredients.
  • Cover the bowl
  • Leave aside for 5- 10 min for marination.
  • Microwave it for 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • Empty White Korma Gravy Pouch in the bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Reheat for 2 -3 minutes at medium heat,

 Stir occasionally for best results.

Open, garnish & Relish with Prantha, Naan, Rice or Chapati.
